Welcome Home is deliberately different. We employ experienced cleaners and guarantee minimum hours, so you can build a dependable working routine rather than relying on uncertain, ad-hoc bookings.
We provide the equipment, cleaning products and consumables you need, along with a uniform. If you use your own car, we also pay mileage, so the cost of travelling between homes is not simply left for you to absorb.
Many cleaning companies expect cleaners to be self-employed, without guaranteed hours or paid travel time. We believe that supporting people properly leads to a better service for clients: cleaners have the time, tools and confidence to work carefully and consistently.
